How to Use

  1. Read the scenario in the center panel — each describes a distinct VUCA leadership challenge.
  2. Click a leadership mode card (Directive, Coaching, Facilitative, or Distributive) to select your answer.
  3. Click Check to see the fit rating for your choice and an explanation of why each mode fits or doesn't fit this scenario.
  4. Use the numbered scenario buttons to navigate between the 5 scenarios.
  5. See Summary appears after all 5 are checked — it shows your accuracy, the correct modes, and any systematic bias in your selections.
