How to Use

Work through the six tabs in order:

  1. Contradiction — State your contradiction and justify that it is structural (not just a trade-off).
  2. Matrix Diagram — Label your axes, click to place examples in the quadrant space, describe your Q4 target.
  3. Kernel — Apply the four-step kernel: identify the contradiction, list assumptions, invert them, generate synthesis candidates.
  4. Synthesis Candidates — Compare candidates using a structured scoring table (thesis performance, antithesis performance, feasibility).
  5. Systems Analysis — Map current vs. Q4-supporting configurations for Environment, Culture, Mindset, and Process.
  6. Roadmap — Build a three-stage innovation roadmap and identify key dependencies.

Click Generate Portfolio Summary to compile your work into a formatted document.

Learning Objective
