How to Use

  1. Click a policy tile in the palette to pick it up, then click on the matrix to place it where you think it belongs.
  2. Compare to Analysis reveals the expert placement for each policy and shows how far your placement differs.
  3. Combine Policies: click up to 3 tiles in the palette, then see their combined matrix position — combinations that reach Q4 earn a synthesis badge.
  4. Scenario buttons shift policy effectiveness based on context (vaccine hesitancy, new variant, recession).
  5. Click a placed dot for a detailed explanation of its quadrant position.
