How to Use

  • Drag the Diverge slider to expand the idea space — more dots appear as the diamond widens.
  • Drag the Converge slider to filter ideas by quality — only high-quality dots (gold ring) survive.
  • Premature Convergence shows what happens when you converge before diverging sufficiently.
  • Optimal Balance demonstrates the recommended 80% diverge → 100% converge sequence.
