Divergent-Convergent Balance Calibrator
Adjust the convergence level at each of the five innovation process phases and observe how balance affects solution quality.
How to Use
- Drag each vertical dial to set the convergence level (0 = fully divergent, 100 = fully convergent) for that phase.
- Quality bars at the top of each phase box show how well the setting matches what innovation research recommends.
- Reveal Optimal Ranges shows the expert-recommended range for each phase as a green band.
- Run Process animates a token moving through your configured process — fast when settings are optimal, slow with rework warnings when they are not.
- Reset returns all dials to 50%.
